Avoid Foreclosure Scams
Here is how foreclosure "rescue" scam artists typically work: They will ask you to surrender your deed (sign your deed over to them) and say that they will rent your house back to you. In a few years they will let you buy it back from them. If you do sign the deed over to them they will typically evict you and rent your home out to another party or sell your house for any equity they can extract. Do NOT deed your house over to anyone else! Our representatives will NEVER ask or require you to do so.
